Do you offer free shipping?

Yes all our cases are free to ship

Do you provide tracking numbers for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been printed and has left our warehouse. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

What are your shipping times?

USA:

  • Magsafe iPhone cases = 2-5 business days
  • Samsung Galaxy Cases = 2-5 business days
  • Google Pixel Cases = 2-5 business days

AUSTRALIA:

  • Magsafe iPhone cases = 10-30 business days
  • Samsung Galaxy Cases = 3-6 business days.
  • Google Pixel Cases = 3-6 business days

UNITED KINGDOM:

  • Magsafe iPhone cases = 10-30 business days
  • Samsung Galaxy Cases = 3-6 business days.

Are your designs available for every phone case model you offer?

Yes, we curate every design with the intention of being able to apply it to every product we offer.

Where are your phone cases printed?

Our main factory is based in the USA, however we do have fulfilment centres in Australia also. Your order will be printed and shipped from the closest location to you to ensure the fastest possible shipping times.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to USA, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We can only change a shipping address if the case hasn’t been finished being printed, otherwise no unfortunately.

What if I order the wrong model of case for my phone or it arrives damaged?

We accept replacements & refunds. If you notice print defects or you receive the wrong model, please reach out to us via the ‘Contact us’ page within 30 days of receiving your package and we will attempt to assist. We may ask for photo evidence. The refund can only be sent back to the original payment method that you used to order.

How long does it take for my case to be printed?

Average production time is 2-5 business days before the case will be shipped. This will extend if you make a large order or if the case is out of stock. All cases are only printed once they are ordered to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Is your brand logo ‘Depiction’ printed onto the case?

No, our brand logo will not be printed onto purchased cases.

Will the product appear exactly as pictured?

Colors may vary slightly when the case is printed. Colors may also appear slightly different in person due to varying computer screen displays & any gold or silver hues are non-metallic (not shiny).

Will you add cases for newly released phone models in the future?

Yes, we attempt to make our cases available for the newest phone models as soon as possible.

What quality guarantees do you offer?

Our cases come with a one year warranty for your piece of mind so you can purchase with confidence. We believe in the quality of our cases (so much so that we use them ourselves). If your case experiences any severe defects please message us via the ‘Contact Us’ page. This excludes general wear & tear, this will be done on a case by case basis, not all requests will qualify & is at the sole discretion of Depiction Phone Cases.

Are your iPhone cases magsafe compatible?

Yes, all our iPhone cases are compatible with apple MAGSAFE magnetic chargers. Please visit our ‘iPhone Cases (MagSafe)’ section of our shop to explore our range. Samsung Galaxy & Google Pixel cases support wireless charging excluding MAGSAFE.

Do your cases have clear access to charging ports & speakers?

Yes, all our cases have precise cutouts for clear access to charging ports, speakers, buttons & camera lenses.
